USCA Strategic Planning

The IE Office provides guidance and administrative support to the Strategic Planning Committee. USC Aiken has adopted a Balanced Scordcard approach to strategic planning. This is a management and measurement system that enables the university to articulate its vision and values; to establish strategies to fulfil its mission and long-term goals; to guide its internal processes and external outcomes; and to collect pertinent performance data in order to continuously improve strategic performance and results.
