South Carolina Quality Forum

Administers the South Carolina Governor's Quality Award, the South Carolina Governor's Explorer Assessment and the Milliken Medal of Quality programs. These awards are based on the Baldrige criteria.

South Carolina State Budget and Control Board

Provides current guidelines for state agency anuual accountability reports based on Baldrige criteria. Described as "Baldrige Lite," these questions provide a framework for state agencies to demonstrate to the public that they are using resources effectively and efficiently.
