Recruitment and Retention Reports
In an effort to track the effectiveness of recruitment and retention strategies, the number of new and continuing students for any given semester are compared to the number of comparable students from the prior year. These reports allow the institution to quickly determine the extent to which growth in the student body is due to newly recruited students versus retained students.
