A study conducted in the 2004-05 academic year to evaluate the impact of a new campus residence hall on academic performance. Students residing in the new residence hall had higher semester GPAs than those residing off-campus.

USC Aiken Fair Wage Target Faculty Salaries for New Hires 2017-2018

Under USC Aiken's Fair Wage Plan, salaries for new faculty hires are made based upon the CUPA average for a new Assistant Professor in the discipline among comparable institutions in the South East United States. Rates for new Associate Professors, Full Professors, and Instructors are proportional to the new Assistant Professor rate and take into consideration a time-in-rank adjustment of expected salaries. The report provides rates for disciplines for the 2017-18 year.
